Um, was it hard to get this buy-in, or was this something that you, uh, an idea that you shared when they brought you on board with, already with the ownership?

Yeah, I think, I mean, it, it of course takes some time to get the confidence from the board to really dare to stay long term.

Uh, I think I was very fortunate or unfortunate, but I started in May 2019 as a CEO.

Before that, I was the CFO and head of operations.

And not even a year in to my role, COVID came.

And of course, during, uh, the start of COVID, everyone panicked.

Everyone said like, "Oh, we are not going to survive another six months." Businesses started to close down.

What does that mean?
