Yeah, so pretty early on as NAL was getting born, and I can get into the whole backstory of how we started in a little bit, we figured out a pretty big economic mismatch.

Max RusakovGUEST
We realized that an average NAL deal, it changes every month or so, it always fluctuates, but it always stays in a ballpark of $40, $45.

So, you know, at the same time, we saw that the whole industry of legal tech was booming and Kyle has had a lot of experience building in legal tech industry.

And, you know, we thought, why can't the same intelligence be brought to a college sports? You know, why can't the same intelligence that JP Morgan uses to save 400,000 billable hours per year, you know, companies like Harvey and Agora power up so many big corporations.

thing in the tech space we launched or we started working on the product initially in 2022 2023 um and so from my side doing software development um what i was doing two and a half years ago is completely different from what i'm doing today and that's also reflected in our product which is based around generative ai whereas as new models have come out um as new frameworks for for things like agent management have come out the product is is wholly different than what we initially depicted but maps deals with things more on the day-to-day and would have some interesting insights there as well
