all right there is that part that i i feel like as though still we need to go back in like let's say someone is shy someone has completely no communication skills whatsoever but they're really really geniuses in math they can do the entire polynomial one and polynomial two within their mind so they flick of a finger without even using a calculator if such a person even exists in first place which i'd like to believe they do like someone is really good when it comes to the theoretical the mathematical aspects and all these other aspects but when it comes for them communicating their knowledge to someone else or them interacting with uh with the rest of the team members it's a bit of a of an issue there how do they build these other people but uh the bits and pieces that they are missing how do they build and establish it so that they become good in communicating they become they become good and are interacting with their team members and other soft skills that are crucial in the workplace

i think the best way to put it is again go back to what i said it's about two things product knowledge whatever the product is the product of relationships the product could be people oh okay whatever not just business it could be people maybe you're a hr but you don't know how to deal with people you you don't understand that somebody has had a fight with their spouse in the morning that they'll be late by one hour You need to also be human.

So I think I'll now move to the part that I've not done this alone.
