What is it about the, the group that you have that's kind of made, maybe made settling in a little bit easier?

That's a great question.

I would say we have a lot of awesome personalities that complement each other very well, and I think everybody in this space is really allowed to kind of be themselves.

So I think, like, coming in, you know, a lot of energy in the group, um, you know, a lot of new faces, obviously, um, people from different backgrounds, different cultures, different countries.

So I think all of us, you know, have just really spent the time just kind of getting to know each other, and it's been great actually having a couple road trips at the start of the year, 'cause, you know, that time in the airport is kind of just built-in team bonding, and, you know, you're on the road, you're together, you're eating meals, you're doing those things.

So it, it allows you to have those natural interactions with, you know, the, the players, the staff, and everybody together.

So, um, it's just been a ton of fun.

What's it like to have- All these different backgrounds represented on, you know, a single college hockey roster.

Can you just maybe share with everyone what your path was and how maybe that helped form you and form what you feel is important and the kind of things that you value? Wow, that's a great question.

From my perspective, at least looking at it, I think there's lots of different ways.

I think you either you gain that notoriety and that credibility through playing.

Like you said, you know, there are players that will get those because they've earned that right through their play.

And you see that in the PWHL, the NHL, anything Olympic level, anything like that.

my perspective, my wife and I just moved here not long, about a month ago, full time.

But the one thing that we've noticed is definitely the people are incredible.

Like our neighbors have been amazing, so welcoming.

People are there to help.

People want to support you.

The community support is incredible.

What's your perspective on how you're going to get that team building and chemistry and everybody all on the same page? Now that you're the head coach.
