Sure, sure.

So it's funny, StackRap was actually a piece of software I built for my independent brokerage.

So I was an agent for about four and a half years.

I then started a brokerage in Los Angeles.

So as an indie, you offer all the tools, all the techs, all the systems, right, the trainings that you want to drive your agents' attention to and just really make their lives a little bit easier.

So that was something we were really struggling with.

There's also this sort of tech fatigue, I guess, where you're saying, how many different things can I juggle? How much time do I actually want to spend on the computer versus out with my clients? Like, how do you guys think about that?
