I think now it's important as you see the industry is growing in some ways, but shrinking in other ways.

And for me, I see that there's less women coming into leadership in the industry.

There's a lot of women who are participating in the industry in travel, but I think from a leadership perspective, there is certainly a little bit less.

And in going through, you know, just events over the past two years, you kinda see that.
