Yeah,

yeah.

It's a marathon, and you just want to pace yourself and not try to stay away from those one and four and oh and five weeks.

If you have a bunch of three and twos and some – five and O's and four and ones in there, you're going to have a chance at the end of the year.

And you just want to kind of finish on a, on a strong note.

That's, that's the big thing.

I've had so many stories, I think sign people up the last couple of weeks, even where they, you know, guys would say, Hey, you know, I was in it.

Like, is it, is it like, do you remind them? Like what, like what happens? Like, has there been like, is there a, do you have a memorable anonymous story about someone who forgot to get their picks in? Um, I mean, so it's like a nightmare scenario for somebody, you know, that's so,

So just kind of walk us through the process for those unfamiliar with, uh, what a proxy does.

Yeah, I mean, basically you just need to fill out the entry form.

Our information is on there.

You're authorizing us to put the picks in for you throughout the season.

Um, you pay the sportsbook.

Uh, we take a flat fee for the season.

You can prepay us ahead of time so you can keep more cash in your pocket when you're in town.

Yeah

reporters here on the las vegas football contest show maddie james of course had a question for you give us the background give us a story

yeah so we were actually james's proxy when he won the super contest and back way back then um we did everything via email i believe right james so i was replying to uh emails all day every friday and saturday pretty pretty uh, archaic by today's standards, but, um, you know, we've come a long way.

We've got a web portal that we use.

Now we set up all our clients with a username and password so that they can log into the website and make their picks that way.

It's a lot more convenient, a lot, uh, more streamlined and, um, yeah i like i say it's come a long way from that was uh even back i think when uh you had to submit your plays on the on the little cards you guys remember that like you had to fill out like a little scan like the little parlay card yeah all your picks so we used to grab a stack of those every week fill out the little bubbles for every everyone's entry number then go through and do the picks now you've got the apps you've got the kiosks uh I don't know if you could still do it over the counter, but they might not like that as much with all the technology upgrades.

But yeah, I mean, it's definitely come a long way.

Tony and I, my partner Tony Law and I, we started this business.

But what about some of the other contests that are here in Las Vegas that you guys proxied for?
