Certainly with a specific culture.

Now it's changing a lot.

We are hiring pe- people, multi- multicultural because as well, multi nationality in the team, different ages.

So you need to act on the behaviors to make sure that the iceberg go, go moving on the right, on the right directions.

And the set of behaviors, as I said, it's, when it's about ownership, it's about accountability, feeling responsible, and you can measure it, you know, how the people feel responsible towards actions.

How often do you need to remind the team of that? Or is it so ingrained in the minds of your staff that you don't need to mention it?

What, what did you mean by that?

Obviously, it's not a comparison to different realities, but when you look at our challenge, it's about transforming a team because Sauber at the time has been a great team, fantastic team, um, private team in F1 competing for the best they could do, but it was more a matter of participating, being sustainable from a financial perspective.

Obviously, not having the ambition to, to win and to be, uh, let me say, the, the winning team, uh, in F1.

So it was a completely different, uh, ambition and, and here when you need to transform, because then it's about transforming.

It's not building only.

It's transforming a team is not only aboutThe infrastructures, the buildings to expand the process is really changing habits, mindsets, behaviors to the people, people that were used not to spend, not to invest, to do the best out of maybe not little money, but the l- the money you had.

While here now it's a different ambition with all the means and resources which are required.

Have you mapped out in your mind when you need to start achieving all of those different things?

Is he, is he right up there? Just give us an idea of how good Nico is.

I think at the end, if you look at his year, how strong he is, always consistent, scoring points, never missing an opportunity.

He's, he's fast in quali, managing well the tires in the race, optimizing the results.
