High level, like what was your project plan to get all of these clients moved over?
10:35
Well, I mean, when you're bringing all these firms together, one of the things you're doing in general is inventory.
10:40
It wasn't unique to desktop.
10:42
It was QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop.
10:44
Like we had 400 some odd QuickBooks Online consoles.
10:49
So we had 400 QuickBooks Online consoles across the first, that was the first 12 firms.
10:54
I haven't, I don't know that updated the number of the current ones.

12 MINS LATER

22:32
Um, what does that conversation look like? Like what objections do they have or how do you get their, get them aligned to the QuickBooks online?
6:10
Question four is, where is AI creating the greatest internal tensions inside firms?
6:17
I think the biggest problem is like, because you have everybody at different stages, if you think of technology adoption, you have the people that haven't looked at it yet.
6:26
You have the people that are like building bespoke prompts or agents or more sophisticated skills in any, pick your favorite tool.
6:35
So since you have people on that continuum, you have this tension with moving forward with like most of your internal processes of like people that aren't ready and people that are so frustrated that they can't take their bespoke stuff and take it to the next level.
6:54
So there's this like if you're on this edge of like the cutting edge, you're ready to impact everybody at the firm, right? You're ready to be like, hey, this is the greatest thing since LightSpreads and there's not a mechanism at most firms to unlock that.
7:06
So that creates huge internal tension because the people caught in the middle, like we are lucky enough to have a director of AI and a CIO that like get it, get it.
7:16
So like they're in this impossible situation where they got to balance both ends of the spectrum in a time where we don't even know what the tools can do in three months.
8:17
What kind of conversations are happening out there?
4:04
yeah awesome so what systems are you using
4:08
Like back in Carbon, we're in the Microsoft environment, which my team still is like getting off Slack and Google.
4:16
Like it's just a very difficult part for us.
4:19
Going into Microsoft and Teams is just a tough transition.
4:23
But most of the other, all the other groups were in Teams, except for one.
4:25
There are two of us that are Google Slack users.
4:28
And then so that we're using that Microsoft stack.
