Was that a muscle that you had to build and what was that like?

Oh my gosh, yeah.

I didn't have that muscle as a solo practitioner.

I was keeping track of my cases on Excel.

So I would just type in someone's name as a client and then keep track of different statistics in Excel.

That was my central computer system, which is, well, not good, particularly if you're gonna have a firm.

You need to have... you know, an application, a software program, like we use Clio.
