Do you wanna just kinda speak to, again, the j- just the massive amount of stuff you have in this Picturing Lincoln project? Again, you can bookmark it, and come back, and really take your time and enjoy all this stuff.
16:45
Right.
16:45
Yeah, 'cause if, you know, people wanted to see this in person, we'd, um, they would, it would require an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, and we'd have to pull this material for them.
16:56
And, uh, you know, we can't pull all, uh, 2,500, you know, items, uh, for one person, so this is giving them, uh, major access to, uh, just sort of a treasure trove of artifacts from our collection.
17:10
Um, and it also gives them the opportunity, like, if they have something specific that they're, you know, looking for, they can use the search tool to, um, find what they're looking for there as well.
17:22
We try to give, you know, detailed descriptions, um, of, you know, each item, uh, so that way, y- the, it gives them mul- you know, just sort of, uh, multiple ways of, uh, searching for these things to make sure that they get what they're looking for.
17:39
Um, and it also, uh, sort of allows them to see how, uh, different items might, uh, tie together, whether it's geographically or, or, you know, they're, uh, produced by the same photographer or the same publisher, the same writer, whatever.
19:26
So do you wanna just speak to this, you know, kind of the mission o- of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, and how this Picturing Lincoln project falls under that?
