Oh, look at you.
8:25
I would say to follow on Steve's comments, It's gotten much more technically complex in some ways because construction has changed.
8:34
And so in order to keep up with that, the rating industry has had to change.
8:40
And there's, as Steve said, things that we didn't even look at before.
8:45
Now we have so many new products that builders are using in the construction of their homes and the complexity of how those products have to interact.
8:55
becomes key to the successful performance of the home that we as hers raters are the third party professional that the home builder is counting on us to help them build these homes properly and to make these products work together the way that they're intended to work together.
9:13
So that has made things much more complicated and running an organization who this month we will surpass our 300,000th hers rated home as a company.

8 MINS LATER

17:32
So I thought that was truly incredible how fast, but also the quality of work that we are putting out.
1:08
You just got to assume that they don't really care.
1:10
Yeah.
1:11
And it's, um, I think, you know, just that context, um, that needs to be, you know, the overall majority of parents and coaches and, and supporters actually doing the right thing.
1:22
Um, unfortunately it's, you know, it's those who, it's that minority, uh, GC that, uh, you know, every year we, we seem to get this and it's, This is just not a Waikato thing.
1:34
This is around in New Zealand.
1:35
It's not unique to one code.
1:38
But I think where I certainly came from last week or a couple of weeks ago was I do support the organisations that have to make the hard call.
3:32
How much do you rely on volunteers and how hard is it to keep them turning up without any pay when there's this sort of stuff going on, particularly when they're the subject of this abuse?
18:08
It was an incredible story. So Donate Life Month, what does that speak to? What does, what do people need to know about it?
18:15
Yeah, I appreciate you asking the question.
18:16
So I, I first start by saying I'm really thrilled to be here.
18:20
I love my job.
18:21
But the fact of the matter is, in order to do transplantation, we have to recognize that every transplant starts with a donor.
18:27
And so we celebrate the month of April as Donate Life Month.
18:29
We really, and I hope most people would, celebrate organ donors the entirety of the year.
19:58
... helping someone else out?
