Mike ChengHOST
Obviously, quite a relevant topic, um, given the times, but, um, wanted to ask if you can share a little bit more about that one.

Matthew ClarkGUEST
So I attended the workshop, like you said, is, uh, was titled Leading and Mentoring in Moral Distress.

Matthew ClarkGUEST
Um, the presenters were Doctors Ana Maria Coronado, Dr. Valerie Gobbo, Dr. Carolyn Olt, and Dr. Sheena Zucker, all of whom were from, uh, University of Pittsburgh, and I believe they were all clinical education fellows, um, which made it extra great.

Matthew ClarkGUEST
Um, and this was really important to me 'cause I, I, I talk about this with my trainees, and I find that we don't often have a shared language to discuss these things, these, these transgressions that are happening every single day that people are going home with.

Matthew ClarkGUEST
So, um, these are things that were explored during, during the workshop, and that's what drew me t-towards it.
