well so you had mentioned you know you're starting to you're starting to get into you know producing some videos yourself about you know the different tiers the different levels of framing um you know what what brought that about like what what told you that this is this is a need that you really need to get out there and educate people on this

i've been reached i have multiple builders in the austin area that have reached out to me to uh frame luxury homes for them um and when i give them the bid or whatever and i and i have the list of questions that we can go over and stuff i always get some kind of just dead silence and then later on down the line i'll see the uh the progress pictures of the project going on.

And then I noticed the framing, single seals, ladder framing, unstructured gable walls that were, you know, no bar drafters or lookouts or any of that stuff to fully support fascia and all that.

And so one of the things I wanted to do is I wanted to make homeowners and builders aware of the different levels of framings because I don't think a lot of them actually understand that there are different levels of framing.

Some of them just think that it's just the quickness of it.

The overturn over the framing is what it is.
