What, how did you, how did you get into this? What, what, how did you get into the property space?

Uh, it was like something that I thought about like many, many moons ago when I was like a lot younger.

Uh, And I knew it was something that I wanted to do at some stage.

But back then, I didn't really have any kind of like access to information or like how to go about it.

So I just carried on with my life as you do.

I mean, like at some stage, I did Rich Dad, Poor Dad, which I really like.

I took a lot out of that book.

What's, um, why commercial? What, what kind of made that decision happen?
