Where do you go, think we go from here this weekend, sir?
2:57
Well, there are some red lines that President Trump has, and one is that, uh, commercial shipping can't be terrorized in the Strait of Hormuz.
3:05
And obviously the memorandum of understanding between the parties was always performance-based, and that President Trump, uh, if, uh, shipping is attacked or if, if the Iranians want to act belligerent, then he will respond with overwhelming force.
3:19
We saw it when three ships were attacked, uh, couple nights ago, uh, 90-plus military strikes on targets.
3:27
Uh, in this most recent attack, 140 or more military targets, uh, were attacked by the United States, uh, because that's what you do.
3:36
You show strength.
3:37
You, uh, you make sure the Iranians, uh, don't benefit from this.

Ambassador Whitaker, give us an update of how the president's thinking about this, and will Ukraine be able to join NATO?
1:23
Yeah, well first of all Charlie it's good to see you again.
1:25
Great to be on your show.
1:26
Uh, you know, first I think President Trump's been very clear that there, uh, currently is no path for Ukraine to join NATO, and it's not just a matter of snapping your fingers either on who joins NATO.
1:39
There's 32 members, everything we do is done by a unanimous decision, and so, uh, right now there's just, there's- there's not 32 people at the table that would vote for ascension, and that would assume that Ukraine could even qualify, uh, for membership.
1:55
That would include some real rigorous, uh, anti-corruption efforts that, uh, I'm not c- certain that they would, uh, reach right now and- and many other steps.
2:04
Uh, but remember the one thing that we need to understand about Ukraine is right now they're the second-largest European, um, army, uh, that's- that's, uh, actually the largest European army because, uh, Turkey, who is also, who is in NATO, is the largest army.
5:49
What's going on today and can you give our audience some hope that America won't be involved and this thing can be ended?
1:24
Yeah.
1:24
... on Fox & Friends as well.
1:26
I always enjoy chatting about this, and I know it's an issue you follow very closely.
1:30
Um, you know, I think the president, o-obviously, um, wanted to create the space to bring a peace.
1:36
He's a peacemaker.
1:37
You know, we could go through all of the peace deals, whether it was ending the 12-day war, whether it was, you know, the peace deal in the Congo, whether it's the upcoming peace deal between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
1:47
Everywhere you look, uh, you know, President Trump and his team are trying to negotiate peace, but he's been very frustrated, he's expressed that publicly, with Vladimir Putin not being willing to come to the table and actually be serious about resolving this conflict.
3:32
Do you know anything else specifically that they're gonna be getting? Because I know they need artillery.
3:45
Yeah.
3:46

Putin processes it- processes it?

6:20
Give us your reaction first to this deal with the UK.
6:24
Well, this is a huge deal, and obviously, President Trump is the only one that can get a deal like this done, and I would expect that there is a whole bunch of other deals that are sort of lined up.
6:34
Uh, you know, obviously, I know that, uh, China wants to talk now and, and so many other countries, uh, wanna talk, including the EU.
6:41
And so, I mean, this is a great, uh, announcement, and obviously, it's just the first of many more to come.
6:46
And remember, you know, President Trump got elected on an America First platform.
6:51
Uh, I was out there on the campaign trail with him, and, you know, what he said he would deliver is he's starting to deliver, and this is extraordinary.
