And what was it about music that Francisco Partners or yourself driving that saw as a big opportunity space?

Yeah, I don't know that Francisco Partners really liked it.

But our job there was a very entrepreneurial firm.

Our job was to go find where is there a thesis that we think we could take what we were good at, which is kind of the technology business, and help kind of drive change and value.

We did a lot in like healthcare in the US and super complicated ecosystem who, you know, who pays who, how it works, like is, you know, very backwards.

And FP had had a 20 year career of helping solve that complex world with technology to drive better outcomes.

I kind of looked at the music world as the same thing once you start to uncover it.
