So why is this important to share this information openly and where can people see this dashboard?
12:14
Yeah, so we do have a dashboard.
12:17
It is on the city's website right now.
12:19
There are, and I'm going to get technical, on pages 51 to 53 of the action plan, if you're all following along at home, you'll see a list of key performance indicators and key performance indicators, both leading and lagging, that kind of feed into those top three performance indicators.
12:37
So we have a large action-based document.
12:42
There is some strategy in there for sure.
12:44
But we have a large document asking the city and the community to do a lot.
17:08
So we have a couple of questions left, but what's coming up next that people should keep an eye on in the community? Yeah.
1:22
Can you explain why it was even created and what it is? Sure.
1:27
Yeah.
1:28
And we've been telling this story for a while now, but I continue to go out into the community and talk to people that are learning about this.
1:35
And this is when you're starting something new.
1:37
This is part of it is really sharing the message of why this exists and what what is it? Yeah.
1:44
And so the why it exists is it's kind of a reaction to – there's been a good growth story in Canada over the last few years.
1:53
Let's say the last decade.

19:13
was just thinking, yeah.
Donald TrumpSOUNDBITE_SPEAKER
5:14
So, uh, yes, I asked for a review by FIFA.
5:19
The red card itself, you know, I, I don't think we probably need to get into the ins and outs of whether it is a red card, but what is atypical at a World Cup is for the player not to miss the, the next match.
5:31
It's only ever happened once before in, in 1962 with a Brazilian player called Garrincha, but then these things were sort of decided by, uh, a committee rather than being automatic as they are now.
5:43
So the US player was sent off, and then we found out sort of two days before their knockout game against Belgium that he would be able to play because his red card ban would be suspended for a year.
5:57
I mean, in itself, that was a pretty shocking state of affairs already.
6:01
And then Donald Trump admitted to the rooms that he had been in contact with FIFA about the incident and, and sort of lobbied for Balogun to play.
7:21
But in sports journalist Matt Pearson's opinion, there is a possible world in which UEFA really does finally show FIFA the red card.
7:33
UEFA not only are sort of the most vocal, they're probably the most powerful of the sort of continental federations.
10:27
What's the most common mistake you see, whether it, you put it in the book or the most common mistake you see with businesses?
10:35
Um, uh, that's a great question.
10:39
I, I would have to say the most common mi- mistake is that the business owner thinks that just by doing their books and just by getting their information to their accountant that everything is gonna be good, and here's what we find.
10:54
Um, and this, this isn't our finding.
10:56
This actually was found by the, um, uh, the, uh, Government Accounting Office.
11:03
21%, 21% of the errors made in overpaying in taxes are because people categorize things wrong, put things wrong in their books, or just don't understand how to take money out of their company.
11:16
Uh, I'll give you an example.

21 MINS LATER
