No, it's not, not far at all.

Like less than 10 minutes for me to get there, and I run the levee there a lot.

Um, so I've just been seeing this thing, and I drive 635 a lot.

So I've been seeing it getting built for a while now, and was wondering what the experience there would be like.

But I gotta say, they had ample parking.

It was very quick and easy to get in.
