So what role did he hold in the business prior to his passing?

So in the business, he was technically a strategic consultant or advisor responsible for our sourcing of raw materials in the developing countries from which we source them.

We actually had all three of us last spring had made the decision to kind of step out of our day-to-day roles and become more strategic advisors to allow us to focus more on on working on the business as opposed to in the day to day of the business.

So we had already kind of taken that step back even before he was diagnosed.

His role actually hadn't transitioned because it's a very specialized role and we needed to find the right person.

We had a candidate in mind and that became obviously kind of escalated as my brother deteriorated that bringing this individual on board needed to happen soon.

And it did end up happening, I think, just after my brother passed.
