We jump to a consensus view.

Often we jump to the leader's view very quickly, particularly if the leader shares what story they have.

I'll give you a little bit of a confession.

So the narrative bias, confirmation bias, we have anchoring.

There's like a thousand of these biases.

And what I used to do is say, "Let's go through some of these important biases." And then I'd say in the end, "Okay, so be careful out there," as if this is gonna make it all better.

But if it doesn't look familiar, how do you prevent yourself from getting stuck in this gap of information and uncertainty?
