27:10
Yeah.
27:10
Yeah.
27:11
And at the same time, because Bitcoin is a database, it's a network, our services that can go back and verify and validate transactions that have happened on the network.
27:24
And so it's fairly straightforward to then be able to identify which wallet addresses have been associated with illicit activity.
27:33
So if you're an attorney, if you're a CPA, if you're a fiduciary that's out there that's working with clients, you have resources at your disposal to verify that the tokens, the crypto, the bitcoins that your clients have are or are not tainted by illicit activity.
27:50
So one of the concerns I had early on is how do I know that I'm not aiding and abetting money laundering or aiding and abetting illicit behavior when I'm working with people with Bitcoin.
28:03
Well, there are services out there like Minerva and Ellipsis and other companies that can run chain analytics to then figure out what tokens, what Bitcoins have been associated with illicit activity.

5 MINS LATER

33:18
Where are we? Where are we in the zeitgeist?
7:09
Maybe you guys can spell that out a little bit for us, like what does that look like, a tax-efficient, you know, form of philanthropy?
7:18
Sure.
7:18
Yeah.
7:18
I mean, there's, there's a couple that they're kind of low-hanging fruit here.
7:23
Um, one that every- that's available to everybody is what's called a donor-advised fund.
7:28
A donor-advised fund is a 501[c][3] qualifying charitable fund within a charitable structure.
7:35
So these are probably the most common form of charitable recipients.

16 MINS LATER

23:19
Um-
32:30
So take us through what the expectations are from a fundamental analyst standpoint when it comes to Amazon's Prime Day and what impact it could have on the retail spending picture.
32:41
Yeah.
32:41
Good morning, Dom.
32:42
So essentially, we, we, we expect this to be a very strong year.
32:46
Um, there's, there's several reasons why.
32:48
Um, the consumer faces a lot of incremental pressure versus last year.
32:53
Uh, the big ones that we can talk about are, uh, the, the tariffs, tariff pricing, and then, uh, this year it's been gasoline inflation, right? So a lot of that's made things unaffordable, and so what we've seen with consumers, they're shopping more around holidays where there's normally deals that you can see, right? Um, and so those, those holidays, Easter, very strong for the retail industry.
34:06
Are these calls to action, right, these, these special event days big enough to a point where consumers have altered their behavior to wait for that kind of spending to do it just on days like Prime Days, like Cyber Monday, like Black Friday, and some of the other catalyst-type sale days throughout the course of the year? Is that something we can expect to continue or, as we get better balance sheets as consumers, do we not think about that as much anymore?
ClaireHOST
1:25
But yeah, maybe provide some context of kind of each of your zones and what Matt's zone was of of estate planning.
1:33
Yeah.
1:33
So so, Claire, as you mentioned, I I was an estate planning attorney for a long time.
1:39
It's the only type of law I ever practiced starting in the year 2000.
1:43
And was working with successful families back then.
1:49
Um, a lot in the ag community because I was, I was in Oklahoma.
1:54
Um, but ag manufacturing, things like that.

49 MINS LATER

51:16
If you want something that's going to last and have some meaning to it, you have to build up that culture.
