Yeah, I mean, that's a huge plus that everyone's enjoying.

But I think that's the whole thing that everyone loves about it.

It's two teams going out every single game, both thinking they can win.

And realistically, both can.

But then you've got this other side of it, which is behind the scenes, this financial side of it.

But from a player's point of view, is it chasing the biggest salary or is it chasing the adventure to be part of something huge,

So just explain also what happened from that perspective.

yeah when I went to Norwich I played I started so I went on loan to Norwich scored in my first game scored in my second game was absolutely flying and then I did something that I don't normally do and that was tackle and I tackled Jair Toure who's a big guy and I hurt my knee and I was out for about 10, 11 weeks with my knee.

I had done my deep fiber MCL and I got myself back and I played the rest of that season and my knee was never right.

I had so many injections and stuff to play because you You just want to play.

You look and hear so many stories about people and they're like, why would you do that? It's like, well, if I didn't play, someone else was going to play and I wanted to play.

I was desperate to play football.

It's what I've lived and breathed.

So what were you fighting to get back to?

Um, but every time I meet with Matt and we make, um, progress in the business, it frees up more time.

I also found you all Probably the worst time to bring somebody on like our bank accounts were empty Our pipeline was empty.

Yeah, so it was hard to think spend money on somebody to coach us But being a business owner, I know that you don't invest When you get the money you invest to get the money So, you know, I sat down with my team and said what can we shave off to be able to afford bringing somebody on? and so Actually, it looked like it was gonna be the wrong time to do it, but it ended up being the best time because we had scaled back and it was a clean slate to start new and bring on the right project managers, because we had hired incorrectly in the past.

um and so we were able to do that and then as i was telling you at lunch like we didn't even know our numbers yeah right and so then going through numbers with matt paisley and and getting an eye awakening like oh my gosh we have a ton of money going out and we're doing all these small projects we got to make a change and he's been instrumental on i mean he helped us hire the new two new project managers you know wrote the job description based on what i told him i was doing and what My version of what a project manager been and what he helped us find were two different things.

They never really felt, like, in control, and they, they got booed off at half time.

Um, and then second half, you know, from a, from a corner, they get the goal from Tasi who's...

You know, he's done so well since he's come to the club.

Um, and Summerville and Dufrane on that left-hand side were a great combo all game.
