Um, now generally that's where the claims department is gonna step in, and they're gonna be guiding you through the rest of the process.

Um, the first step is you're gonna get assigned a claims adjuster.

That claims adjuster is gonna be internal.

That's gonna be, I wanna say the almost like the quarterback of the process.

So they're gonna be the person who you're gonna be interacting with throughout.

Um, and then you're gonna have your outside adjuster who's gonna essentially come and establish what's damaged, what needs to be repaired, and they're gonna be funneling all of that back into that adjuster that you're gonna be working with one on one.
