but it's really easy to tell if your solution works if you ask people to pay the actual market rate for it and if they say yes then it solves their problem and if they say no you're not there yet and so I think for us it was This seeing ourselves as us working for them, so they're our customer, we work for them, changed it from us creating silver bullet technologies that sounded good in the U.S. to providing a solution that actually worked for them.

And this for us was thinking that people needed health from water And in the hierarchy of needs of individuals in these communities, the first pressing issue was time.
