It's, I'd say a couple of things.

I'd say like five, six years ago, it was a lot different, right? Because there's less people, there's less complexity.

And with where we sit now, I'd say two things.

One, we made an investment into creating our own CRP system.

And that was not a one year, you know, slap the mission accomplished kind of thing on this.
