great great question i mean it's all it's all fluidity right and it's all linked and i think where you know i have messages talking to um svps of supply chain or leaders and operations is is you you have to think about the downstream impact of delays in the rail network right cycle times as they're extended mean you need more fleet you need more cars well have you factored that in You know, forecasting is a big component of what, you know, our customers are trying to do and how many cars are they going to need? Well, if there's fluctuations to the cycle times, right, cars being held in areas longer, they rack up to merge, you know, invoices, detention invoices.

There's real downstream effects that you have to be looking out for.

I brought forecasted in it because you got sales maybe in one division over the other.

Well, can you shift some of your fleet cars? In some cases you can when it's the same type of fleet car, real car.

In some cases, you can't.

So now you've got to think about, well, when do my leases expire? And when should I be thinking about going out and getting new leases? And all of that is the value IntelliTrans brings in rail.

Does that ever enter into the equation for your customers?

And I think now the whole industry is saying, "How do we get to a place where I can see all my data in one place, so I can actually make decisions without opening 16 screens?" [laughs]

Even the last 16 years that I've been in and out of TMS systems, right? It's evolved y- you know, big time.

And you're right, it's about the data, and there's so many silos, uh, within the data that make it very hard for a shipper to consume and understand, right? And you might say, "What do you mean by that?" First of...

So inbound logistics is very heavy in bulk, bulk logistics, right? So inbound logistics is, think raw materials coming in for production.
