So, so I, I, I were late for this meeting and I, and I were flustered.

I, I, you know, phone calls, dentist complaining, staff issues, uh, um, I've got lab work to do.

And I came into this meeting and I was, "So sorry, I just need another 10 of me." And he just, he just laughed, this guy.

And it, and it wasn't a nasty laugh.

It was like a, "Yeah, right," kind of thing.

You do have some very positive things to say about the direction we're heading and what people can do to improve on everything.
