So to get us started, can you tell our listeners a little bit about your background and how it led you to the world of manifestation?

Absolutely.

So I would have never have guessed in my wildest dreams that I'd be doing this right now.

Um, it all started for me in 2018.

So September, 2018, I was in real estate.

Um, the time I was 26, I was the youngest manager in my firm and I was just under a lot of corporate stress.

You know, I think we can all relate to that in the corporate world.

Yeah.

So maybe this is a good time to pivot because I think the other thing that you have been observing that is sort of the complement to what we've been talking about is around salaries and the fact that salaries are now going into a much broader range with a much higher ceiling

for the right people.

Yeah, absolutely.

I think when I was last on, you and Chris asked, had I seen examples of salaries going higher? And I sort of said, I think they'll have to, but I haven't quite seen it.

We've definitely seen it now.

And I actually think...

When I look around, at least our local ecosystem in Australia, it's still a minority of companies who kind of get it.
