What critical controls do you consider absolutely essential preventing sticky events, and how does the company verify they're working as intended?

Depending on the sticky energy that's present, and it, it's ever-moving, the one thing that, you know, we've been focused on is not only good traffic control plans, um, but putting blocker vehicles.

You know, I remember in our industry, you go back a decade ago or so ago, and we were talking about clearing out the work zone.

Let's get less vehicles and less to make it cleaner, more space to work.

And now we're saying, "Hey, let's, let's park a vehicle in between oncoming traffic and the worker to put that control in place to help us have a better chance if somebody steers, steers in there." But, uh, with sticky, we, we ask each day, "What's sticky?" And then having a control in place for that energy, whatever that energy might be.

What we try to be is not one control away from failure, and if the only control is the human beings not going to make a mistake, we really have to rethink that task.
