Tell us about your relationship with that person and what that did for the business.

Well, so like the guy that I hired in 2013 was my integrator, but I didn't even know what EOS was.

And we worked really well, you know, and I think we were basically kind of doing a lot of the visionary integrator stuff, but there was definitely some conflict.

And I think not having the EOS framework and understanding how to leverage our strengths and just lended itself for some more conflict.

And so, you know, fast forward to 2021, we, you know, I got into Vistage, I think I started EOS in January of 22.

And like, here's the biggest thing, or another huge thing is that people in Vistage said, the people on your leadership team today are not going to be the people in there tomorrow.

And I was like, oh, yeah, they are.

Why didn't you just continue doing that?
