But from where you sit, what are the parts of management that are being transformed because of AI and the adoption of AI?

I think what's changing is, um, you know, uh, what has become automated, it's the data input and the data analysis.

The whole part of the, the process of looking at the data that's coming out from your team, um, how the team is inputting that data, how you are processing, analyzing all of that, how you are building reports, right? There's a, there's a part about management that it's moving information around, up and down, sideways, et cetera, right? That is changing drastically because of AI, and it's easier to do that, and you can do more of that, right? As a manager.

What I don't think you can do m- more, and hasn't changed, are the fundamentals of leadership versus management, right? So management is one thing.

Leadership, it's ...

Both work together, but leadership is another thing, right? And so the, the basics of leading a team, which involve choosing the team.

You know, getting the r- the right people on the bus, and the right people on the right seats, and the wrong people off the bus.

What are the things you will happily trust AI with, and what are the things that on a, let's say, an average week, you, you want to make sure you're doing them yourself without the AI being in the middle?

How did that happen?

It's a weird transition.

So I started as an attorney in Uruguay, mostly doing commercial law.

Had worked in a few law firms, and then I had an opportunity to join an outsourcing company, Tara Consultancy Services, doing outsourcing for PwC in the US.

So my journey started transitioning from attorney to outsourcing manager, leading a team of procurement, legal, and accounts payable.

That was already a change in itself.

And I started growing in managing teams.
