I think, Pernilla, you were right to start talking about harmony.

And, of course, it's sometimes a word that we just throw away and just say we don't really start to think about it and how it's created because it is a partnership, of course, the rider and the horse, and it's that that we can't just have personal harmony, fine, within our inner selves.

It is this harmony we create in a way with our partner, the horse.

I've been doing a little bit of work here within Australia on the training scale, producing some materials and so on.

And we talked a lot about throughness and the definition of that.

And in a way, it's throughness which creates the harmony.
