What's been the hardest thing about changing that culture inside the organization itself? And what's something you've said to inspectors to stop doing and something you've asked them to start doing differently?

Well, again, I mean, I was just overwhelmed by the brilliant people that are in Ofsted.

There were some fantastic colleagues, amazing people.

But we work across, because we're national, we're England's inspectorate, and we even inspect other inspectors across international inspectors.

We do work all over the parts of the world.

In England, we have eight regions.

So we have North Yorkshire, Northeast Yorkshire and Humber, the Northwest, the East of England, the East Midlands, there's London, the Southeast, the Southwest, and the West Midlands, the eight regions.
