Once attuned, all of the thousand owlbears on the airship become friendly to you and anyone else in the cockpit at the time of attunement, and will defend you from any threat.

If they take damage, uh, from an ally or if anyone but the attuned touches the helm, uh, this effect is broken for that individual.
