We had one particular developer, she was moving to Canada, and we thought she was amazing, and she is amazing, and we're like, "We don't wanna lose you." And she's like, "Oh, I don't wanna...

You know, this is where I'm at in life." And whatever.

She did a stint from Canada, and we made it work, and that gave us permission to be able to try it in different ways.

Now, the tech back then wasn't as good as it is now.
