And right now, the big wave in divorce is what they're calling gray divorce, which is 50 and over.

And that's, a lot of that is being spurred by women in particular.

I've talked to a lot of women who have gone through great divorce, including myself, where women are the heart of the family and women really, their number one goal is to keep the family together.

And even if it's toxic, right? And because we, I talked to one person I know who went through a divorce very recently.

And she, we all say the same thing, you know, that we are convinced that it's in the children's best interest to stay married until they're adults or, you know, that, and she said she was a school teacher and she saw many children.

How do we bring that into the organization so that the inclusion of these tools doesn't eliminate jobs, it facilitates upskilling?
