So I got... following stepping down as the chair of the jersey irish society in 2022 i started interviewing people 30 people from the jersey irish community and to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the society because the proceeds from the book go to the jersey irish society they do not come to me so it's so they can plow any funds back into the community and organising events for the Jersey Irish community.

And also I received a grant, an immigrant grant, as it's called, from the Irish government for doing the book.
