So what separates the investable countries? from the uninvestable ones in your mind?

Yeah, I'm looking at where things are improving, right? So I did something called, I call it the inflection screener, just to, well, starting point is that like a neighboring country of DiverCourse, which is Ghana, which has long history of Well, fiscal mismanagement, they overspent, the IMF came in and bailed them out, they got the new government in, they overspent again.

They had this, well, 60 years basically of such a cycle.

And in 2024, the same guy who was president before, who did overspend, had the IMF had to bail them out.

And he campaigned on, oh, this time I'm going to be fiscally responsible.

But I mean, I and others didn't really believe him, but he did come in and he actually was.

And he really, really did.

So what is it that draws you to those markets right now?
