Professor, I'm not sure whether you were still directing the Family Defense Clinic or whether that was one of your past roles, but he's spent many years litigating parental rights and family rights cases, so he has a deep understanding of the law in this area, as well as some philosophical perspectives that he's going to share with us now.

Martin GuggenheimGUEST
Thank you, Gene, and it's a pleasure to be here, a privilege to be here, and I enjoy particularly following Melissa's remarks, which I'll support from a slightly different perspective, which is that the founding principles of the United States from 1789 demand the conclusion that parental rights are fundamental.

Martin GuggenheimGUEST
They're fundamental to our very existence as a nation because the founding principles really have as their first principles three characteristics that all lead to the same conclusion about parental rights.

Martin GuggenheimGUEST
And in such a regime, you must privatize child rearing, value inculcation.
