I know I said add a zero or whatever, and that's somewhat in jest.

We will also tell you if you have more than you need, and that has happened.

We were working recently on a new arena, and the requirement or the- the number that they had set aside was a 1.5%, which ended up being a $30 million art budget.

And, uh, with all honest- honesty, we- we could say, "You know, you really probably need more like 5 million for this.

What is the most sort of connect-the-dots moment that you've seen in a project? You know, maybe some kind of moment where art really unlocked something greater for the project.
