And then from there, I kept working every single summer at, at the firm for different advisors, again, tackling different projects that they had on their team, uh, that were primarily administrative.

Then as, as you said, Tammy, I did go, uh, to France and did a master's in data analytics.

And w- I thought while I was there, and even before, that maybe I would come back and, and join full-time as an advisor because I had a good understanding from all my summers at the office that is a real entrepreneurial position, that there are a bunch of different facets of, of the job.

Do you think that that's a, a downfall of the financial services industry or, you know, any industry where it's, uh, an advice giving that we tend to see it as an income and not really a potential family business because we don't talk about it as, when, with our kids as they're growing up?
