Bet on yourself, but when you're actually doing it with money, that's, ugh.
6:53
And also, when you're in position to influence the outcome of the market, that is against the rules for these platforms, and it might even be against the law.
7:02
They call that market manipulation.
7:03
Because, for instance, betting on yourself, sure, but what if someone were to bet against themselves and then drop out in a primary? Or maybe on the alternative, you're about to get a big endorsement.
7:15
Barack Obama's gonna hit the trail with you next week, Kamala Harris, whatever.
7:19
Bet on yes, and then the numbers are gonna probably go up.
7:22
Then you can cash out and make some money.
8:05
Oh
18:31
Yeah.
18:32
I, I was at a conference, National Association of Secretaries of State, uh, in DC.
18:38
They do it every year, but it- the vibes were completely different this year, because all the Democratic secretaries are terrified and strategizing for this potential assault by Trump on the integrity of the midterms.

We spoke to a lot of officials.
18:56
Some of them, they didn't wanna tell us what possibilities they were planning on, uh, preparing for, because they said, "I, I don't wanna give them any ideas." Uh, but some of the things that they did divulge is they're very afraid about possible troop deployments, um, which we've seen, obviously, in California and Chicago, and they're also very scared about ICE and immigration enforcement agencies possibly being sent, maybe at the last minute, when it might be too late to stop, but early enough to cause chaos, and possibly intimidate or disenfranchise.
19:31
The Republicans we talked to, by and large, are not afraid.
19:35
They're not worried.
