I think a lot of coaches or programs, when they take over, they have some buzzwords, right? And I think the difference between having a bunch of buzzwords, like we're together, we're family, we're this and that, versus pillars, values, right? I think those are two different things.

And I think pillars and values are something that you, again, culture is who you are every day, right? When the lights are on, when the lights are off, when people are watching, when people are not watching, I think it just comes down to who you are.
