Mars Drum, can you tell me about the garden and the influence that Cat and the garden has had on your life?

Kat's shown us through the garden quite a few times when we've been here and she explains, she goes through all the indigenous plants out there that she's growing here and she explains what she uses them, you know, which dishes, which ones we've eaten in what dishes.

It's been really exciting because we've gone and sought, she'll tell us where to buy them, Whale Nursery and the right places and we're growing some of those plants now and she's really open about sharing how we cook them and it's just really nice to have her just so willing to share and her knowledge and demonstrate it to us.

Yeah, it's amazing.

What did you have this evening and what did you enjoy about it?

I always get arancini balls, always have.

Now I'm really stuck on the Irish potato cakes as well for entrees.

And normally I'm vegetarian, but tonight I had the lamb because apparently I need more iron.
