26:42
And I'd like you to speak on that because that's something that we don't seem to understand here in the States.
26:50
We don't.
26:50
The average American doesn't.
26:52
And what was shocking to me is when we were walking through that kibbutz, And listening to that gentleman talk about something that no American family ever has to think about or experience, and thank God that they don't.
27:07
But the idea that for eight hours, eight to ten hours, they were huddled in a little room – as they could hear the gunfire, they could hear the terrorists walking through their home, trying to stay silent and completely still for eight hours.
27:24
You're talking about little children too, having to go to the bathroom, having to get water because these guys, these terrorists were walking around waiting to slaughter anyone that they could find.
27:35
And so that vision was seared into my brain and I don't think I'll ever lose that.
30:58
And when you hear people try to deny the truth, how does it hit you now after having been there?
47:54
Is Illinois going to get the root of information, of investigation that the good taxpaying citizens like myself of Illinois deserve? Is there going to be an effort to try to expose fraud here in the land of Lincoln?
48:09
Well, I try not to make it a habit, the few conversations I do have with the president, not to talk about them publicly, but I'll tell you this, I'll make an exception.
48:16
And I did in early February talk directly with the president at Mar-a-Lago about Governor Pritzker and waste, fraud, and abuse in Illinois.
48:23
I brought up three numbers, $180 million in taxpayer money going to Pritzker's hotel in downtown Chicago, just one hotel.
48:31
I brought up the $20 billion within Pritzker's Blind Trust, companies within Pritzker's Blind Trust since he's been governor that have gotten state government contracts.
48:41
I made the point that Pritzker's Blind Trust has 2020 vision.
48:44
And then I talked about the $2.5 billion of Illinois taxpayer money that was stolen to provide free health care for violent and dangerous criminal illegal aliens.
53:30
What about this administration's commitment to the broad scope of fraud investigations?
4:45

7 MINS LATER

12:36
What about this administration's commitment to the broad scope of fraud investigations?
2:06
So, Mark, fill us in here.
2:09
Well, Roger, first of all, I think it's an honor to be on your program.
2:12
But for your listeners there, why does it matter what J.B. Pritzker and Brandon Johnson are doing at the national level? And I like to argue, Roger, it matters a lot because I don't think there's any other Democrat officials that are more anti-Trump.
2:28
anti-MAGA and have built their national brand on attacking President Donald Trump and attacking MAGA supporters.
2:36
They do that every single day, and they get national media attention for it.
2:41
And so just this morning, Brandon Johnson finally announced that he's running for re-election.
2:47
But the irony is, on what record? I mean, his record is absolutely abysmal.
6:58
Is he completely oblivious to the way taxpayers feel?
52:16
I'm sure most people who are not inside the state don't actually understand all the details.
52:23
Well, it's a remarkable story.
52:24
And what we've learned is that beginning in 2023, a female staffer went to the speaker's office and outlined in great detail allegations of sexual harassment by her employer, which was a Democrat state representative, Harry Benton.
52:42
We later learned that the Speaker's office waited three months before they interviewed State Rep Benton.
52:49
And after that thorough interview, no action was taken.
52:53
He kept his committee assignments, was still getting paid bonuses, wasn't stripped from the caucus and was able to continue in his job despite knowing all of these very serious sexual assault allegations, sexual harassment allegations.
53:08
Then in 2026, just recently, the additional female females came forward and said, listen, Democrat State Representative Harry Benton is sexually harassing me.
55:11
Illinois sounds so corrupt and so wasteful and disrespectful of taxpayer dollars.
32:30
What is your assessment in the House right now going to the midterms of our ability to hang on?
32:37
You know, historically, you know, the party that runs both sides of Pennsylvania Avenue, it balances it out in the midterm election cycle.
32:43
However, uh, President Trump has defied the odds his entire political career, defied it in 2016, he defied it in 2024.
32:51
Uh, and so the Democrats are a mess.
32:53
I, I know you both saw just the other day the reporting that the DNC had to pull out a $15 million loan and use their headquarters as collateral because they keep piling on debt, $18 million in debt.
33:06
They can't even keep the lights on.
33:08
Meanwhile, the Republican National Committee just right down the road has got $128 million, uh, flush with cash and zero debt.
36:41
Mark?
48:55
And we're going to do it without talking to the congress or anyone else i don't recall the democrats raising a hue and cry saying we can't let a president just take these kinds of military actions in half a dozen countries and now they're objecting as you said to donald trump knocking the stuffing out of a country that has been demonstrably evil to the rest of the world and a threat to the rest of the world and the united states for the last 50 years
49:20
the Democrat Party is defined by hypocrisy.
49:23
And this is just yet another example of hypocrisy.
49:26
It's okay under any other president except Donald Trump.
49:30
And we could have a separate show just dedicated to the hypocritical statements of the Democrats going back to when George W. Bush was president after 2001.
49:39
And so it is remarkable, but the average American can see right through this.
49:46
And I think that's why You know, President Trump has been so strong in his endorsements and they've been he's been winning.
50:42
task force office in the secretary of war so what how do we explain what happened in new york when they elected a communist as the mayor and then you thought well maybe they'll come to their senses when they see what mondani is going to do and they immediately uh named three different members who won their primaries which means they'll probably win the general and became members of congress as the dsa are they going to hand the whole operation over the dsa
79:38
It's the Democrats in control of the legislature in Springfield who failed, right?
79:43
No, you're absolutely right.
79:44
And every holiday weekend, and I know this because I go on Newsmax after every holiday weekend and explain that Chicago was the most dangerous city in America that weekend, more dangerous than Los Angeles and Philadelphia and Atlanta and Detroit and New York City and Washington, D.C. combined, year after year after year.
80:05
It's not a money problem.
80:06
Think about this.
80:07
What a disgrace.
80:08
Over $700 million... has been allocated for violence prevention in Illinois, and particularly in Chicago, since 2020.
82:41
And this happens time and time again.
JTHOST
1:18
So what
1:19
the heck's going on? Listen, it's a great question, but this has been 47 years in the making, and no other president has really gotten this close to backing Iran into a corner and forcing certain concessions.
1:34
And we're there.
1:34
And it's not easy.
1:35
I mean, you've got multiple factions.
1:37
They've been a menace to the whole world for nearly 50 years.
1:40
They've had zero accountability.

7:49
Uh, despite the fact that President Trump's candidates are doing well? Does all of this affect the midterms? Your thoughts, quickly.
59:18
That's what you're arguing, right?
59:21
That's exactly right.
59:22
And this is classic President Trump.
59:24
You don't flip the tables over within the establishment.
59:27
You don't restore integrity and transparency and honesty back into institutions like our intelligence community by bringing in more intelligence experts.
59:36
In fact, previous presidents have done that.
59:38
And what's happened? The agency's gotten worse.
62:24
What are your takeaways?
3:52
So why would you say rooftop pipe and equipment supports historically were treated as kind of a minor detail? And what assumptions led to non-penetrating systems?
4:07
So before we get into that, I'll tell you a little bit about my background because that's going to kind of lead into this question that you just asked me.
4:15
Because back in the early 90s, I went to work for a roofing contractor for a summer while I was in college.
4:22
And it was tearing roofs off and moving equipment on the roof and taking out existing stands that were no longer in use.
4:31
It was in the summer in Houston.
4:33
So you would think that would deter me from... ever wanted to be in the industry at all.
4:40
But then I went to work for a company called Portable Pipehangers in Houston.

How has the code enforcement evolved now? And what is the code addressing now?
