So moving on then to defining quality, to get a bit philosophical, how, how would each of you personally define quality, the word quality, when it comes to onboard audio? So if you could help with that Ma- first, Mark.

Mark UllrichGUEST
I think from an engineering standpoint, a technical standpoint, a consulting standpoint, we define quality in terms of things that are pretty quantifiable.

Mark UllrichGUEST
Uh, I'm thinking about the, the right equipment, you know, specified for, for a given use case.

Mark UllrichGUEST
Um, and then as we move kind of from the bits and bytes and the nuts and the bolts more toward the experience, um, things get a little more abstract.

Mark UllrichGUEST
You know, I'll start to think about it, uh, in terms of openness or transparency as I'm tuning the system.

So once, going to the practicalities of it then, so once the system's actually been chosen, could you just go through a couple of pointers on how you actually get the most out of it? What does that process look like? Where do you start?
