Mark, tell us about when you first started writing it, what was your, your thought process, uh, going into this? You said, "Hey, I'm gonna write this story." Did you just put pen and paper and write down every thought you had, or was there a predetermined thing in here? Let's go from point A to point B.

Um, I did think this one out, believe it or not, [laughs] more so than most of my books.

I did have a plan.

You know, and I've been, I've been reading a lot of the, um, types of books, like John Dies at the End.

Uh, I did...

There was, what, The Last Gas Station on the...

I know I got that wrong.

But is it, was it kinda like that situation where, or, like, in the, at the end of the book they just become one complete character?
