Let's go back to the beginning of your career and let's talk it through.

I'll define myself as an engineer, although my career has sort of like diversified and The concept of what an engineer is is very broad.

When I was at school, I certainly had no idea what an engineer was, but lots of people were telling me that maybe engineering was a pathway that I should follow because I had a strong interest in building and creating things.

So as a kid, I was introduced to sailing from my grandfather, actually.

I was sailing on an old wooden boat, which needed lots of maintenance and love and affection.

Lots of problem solving, not just from like the maintenance perspective, but also from like the actual sailing, things fail and break and you've got to figure yourself out of those scenarios.

If we think about the type of pressures you felt as co-founder, what did that tend to look like from your perspective?
