And how did your lifelong love affair with the Milwaukee Brewers start?
8:03
Well, actually, it started when I was a kid, uh, because my dad actually took me to County Stadium.
8:10
Uh, and the first game that he took me to, believe it or not, was when they were playing the A's back in, like, 1973 or '74.
8:18
And so truth be told, uh, I saw those colors that the A's were wearing, and I'm like, "That's my favorite team." [laughs] And so I was an A's fan and, and was until they actually moved out of Oakland, but I became a Brewers fan at the same time.
8:33
And, like, you know, we, we went back from, we were Cub Scouts in '75 and '76 to go see Hank Aaron.
8:39
There was bat days.
8:40
And so going in from a small town in, in Wisconsin, in Delavan, and then going to Milwaukee to go watch the Brewers play at County Stadium, and then, you know, becoming a season ticket holder, and then just experiencing the highs and lows of Milwaukee baseball through all those numbers of years.

What's your message to Brewers fans? What gives you confidence about what this 2026 team can accomplish?

Mark, tell me just a couple of words to describe what it was like being there for Saturday's win.
8:14
[laughs]

I mean, LaTroy, LaTroy Hawkins and I had a, had a ongoing, uh, relationship that he said some quite colorful things.
8:24
Um, you know, the late Corey Lidle, uh, had, uh, some interactions with me.
8:30
Uh, Sammy Sosa.
8:31
The Cubs in, in particular, uh, I mean, pretty much like any Cubs player typically kind of went off.
8:37
Uh, you know, the...
8:39
And, you know, the Cincinnati Reds with, like, Jay Bruce and, uh, Gary Sheffield when he was with the Yankees, and Bernie Williams.
9:58
What an interesting experience you have with the true baseball community by being that close to the action on the field and also by being a true fan of the Brewers, but also the sport of baseball.
